Fast, careful delivery to your doorstep, wherever you are in Nigeria.
Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Lagos deliveries typically range from ₦1,500 – ₦3,000. Interstate deliveries range from ₦3,000 – ₦6,000 depending on state and package weight.
Orders placed before 2pm are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Every order is carefully hand-packed with tissue paper, ribbon and a note — arriving looking like the gift it deserves to be.
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can reach out to us anytime for updates.
We want you to love every piece. Here's how returns and exchanges work.
If a piece isn't quite right — the wrong size, not what you expected — you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and arrange collection or provide a return address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right immediately.
